Productivity can’t be measured just by a spreadsheet
When people say “productive company”, most think of efficient lines, precise schedules and spreadsheets full of numbers.
In the technical world, the term is often reduced to performance, optimization or number of units delivered.
But in reality, productivity in a company is much more than that.
Productivity = focus on what makes sense
At Mobility & Innovation Production we know this very well. We are a technology company that works with both electric and hydrogen drives, but most importantly – we design system solutions.
What does it mean? That we are looking for an answer for the client, not a catalogue product. And the same principle applies inside our company.
Productivity for us is not “how to make the bus as fast as possible”. It’s the team’s ability to focus on the things that make a real impact.
We refuse to blindly shortcut processes just to get more done. On the contrary – we learn to evaluate what really delivers value.
Not the costumes. People.
Behind every project we have succeeded in, there is more than just technology. It’s the team behind it.
A productive team is not one that is always busy. But one that knows why it does what it does.
